  • Applicable taxes, convenience fees, gateway charges, or service fees may apply.
  • Prices displayed on the platform are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges depend on the hotel partner's policy displayed at the time of booking.
  • Some bookings may be marked as non-refundable.
  • Cancellation requests must be made through the HIDESTAY platform.
  • Convenience, gateway, or service fees may be non-refundable.
  • No-show bookings may result in full retention of the booking amount.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after successful cancellation of eligible bookings.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take approximately 5–15 business days.
  • Coupons, cashback, and promotional credits are generally non-refundable.

5. Hotel Partner Policy

  • Hotel partners are responsible for providing accurate property information.
  • Confirmed bookings must be honored by the respective hotel partner.
  • HIDESTAY may verify hotel details and quality standards from time to time.

6. Limitation of Liability

HIDESTAY acts solely as a technology platform connecting travelers with accommodation providers. The actual accommodation services are provided by independent hotel partners.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and related policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
