1. Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellation charges depend on the individual hotel partner's cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
  • Different hotels may have different cancellation terms and charges.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Certain bookings may be marked as non-refundable and cannot be cancelled for a refund.
  • Non-refundable conditions will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

3. Cancellation Request Process

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted through the HIDESTAY platform.
  • Cancellation requests made directly with the hotel may not be processed by HIDESTAY.

4. Service & Convenience Fees

  • Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, or service fees may be non-refundable, even if the booking itself is eligible for cancellation.

5. No-Show Policy

  • If a guest fails to check in without cancelling the booking in accordance with the applicable policy, the booking may be treated as a No-Show.
  • In such cases, the full booking amount may be retained by the hotel partner.
