1. Check-in Time: 12:00 PM onwards.
2. Check-out Time: 10:00 AM.
3. Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
4. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted.
8. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property.
9. Outside visitors are allowed only with prior management approval.
10. Consumption of illegal substances and any unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
11. The resort is not responsible for loss of valuables or personal belongings.
12. Children must remain under parental supervision at all times.
13. Helicopter landing facilities, where applicable, are subject to weather conditions and operational permissions.
14. Guests are requested to respect the spiritual and cultural significance of the Badrinath-Mana region.
15. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating resort policies
