1. Check-in time: 1:00 PM onwards.

2. Check-out time: 11:00 AM.

3. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

4. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and indoor public areas.

6. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

7. Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, especially during quiet hours.

8. Outside visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the management.

9. Pets are allowed only if permitted by the resort and informed in advance.

10. Illegal activities, possession of prohibited substances, or misconduct will result in immediate eviction without refund.

11. The resort is not responsible for loss of cash, valuables, or personal belongings.

12. Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.

13. Use of resort facilities is at the guest's own risk.

14. Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and respect the natural environment.

15. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating resort policies.
