Jayanti Mother Nature Homestay – Rules & Regulations

1. Valid Government Photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

2. Check-in and check-out timings must be followed as per homestay policy.

3. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the rooms.

4. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

5. Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.

6. Consumption of illegal drugs and prohibited substances is not allowed.

7. Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited, especially after 10:00 PM.

8. Guests are requested to maintain the peaceful and natural atmosphere of the property.

9. Any damage to homestay property, furniture, or equipment will be charged to the guest.

10. Littering is strictly prohibited; please use designated waste bins.

11. Water and electricity should be used responsibly.

12. Children must remain under parental supervision at all times.

13. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.

14. The homestay management is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal property.

15. Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from management.

16. Bonfires and outdoor activities are permitted only in designated areas and subject to weather conditions.

17. Respect local customs, culture, wildlife, and fellow guests.

18. Do not disturb or harm the natural environment surrounding the property.

19. Any illegal, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.

20. Management reserves the right of admission and service.

21. By staying at the homestay, guests agree to comply with all property rules and regulations.
