Rules & Regulations – The Novello by Hotel Evergreen

1. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

2. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

3. Smoking inside rooms and indoor public areas is strictly prohibited. Designated smoking areas may be used.

4. Loud music, parties, and any activities causing inconvenience to other guests are not permitted after 10:00 PM.

5. Outside visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms without prior permission from hotel management.

6. Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the property management and may involve additional charges.

7. Any damage caused to hotel property, room décor, furniture, or amenities will be charged to the guest.

8. Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness, proper behavior, and respect the peaceful environment of the hotel.

9. The hotel management is not responsible for the loss of valuables, cash, jewelry, or personal belongings.

10. Bonfire, outdoor arrangements, and special services are subject to weather conditions and additional charges.

11. Consumption of illegal substances, carrying prohibited items, or involvement in unlawful activities is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.

12. Unmarried couples are welcome with valid ID proof and must comply with hotel policies.

13. The management reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel bookings in case of misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or violation of hotel policies.
