Rules & Regulations – Clouddeck by Mussoorie International

1. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.

2. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

3. Smoking inside rooms and indoor public areas is strictly prohibited. Designated smoking areas may be used.

4. Loud music, parties, and activities causing disturbance to other guests are not permitted, especially during nighttime hours.

5. Outside visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms without prior approval from hotel management.

6. Pets are allowed only with prior permission from the property management and may incur additional charges.

7. Any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, room décor, or amenities will be charged to the guest.

8. Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness, proper conduct, and respect the peaceful atmosphere of the property.

9. The hotel management is not responsible for the loss of valuables, cash, jewelry, or personal belongings.

10. Bonfire, outdoor dining, and special arrangements are subject to weather conditions and additional charges.

11. Consumption of illegal substances, carrying prohibited items, or involvement in unlawful activities is strictly prohibited within the property premises.

12. Unmarried couples are welcome with valid ID proof and must comply with hotel policies.

13. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel bookings in case of misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or violation of hotel policies.
