Rules & Regulations – Snow View Heritage Resort Chakrata

1. Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

2. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Guests may use designated smoking areas only.

4. Loud music, parties, and any activities causing disturbance to other guests are not allowed.

5. Outside visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms after 10:00 PM without prior permission from the management.

6. Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the resort management. Additional charges may apply.

7. Any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, or room amenities will be charged to the guest.

8. The resort management is not responsible for loss of valuables, cash, jewelry, or personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep their belongings secure.

9. Bonfire, adventure activities, and outdoor arrangements are subject to weather conditions and additional charges.

10. Consumption of illegal substances and any unlawful activities are strictly prohibited within the resort premises.

11. Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and respect the peaceful environment of the property.

12. Unmarried couples are welcome with valid ID proof and must comply with hotel policies.

13. The management reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel bookings in case of misconduct or violation of resort policies.
