Moonlight Resort – Rules & Regulations

1. Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests during check-in.

2. Standard check-in and check-out timings must be followed as per resort policy.

3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.

4. Guests are requested to maintain peace and respect the natural environment of the property.

5. Smoking and alcohol consumption may be restricted in certain areas of the resort.

6. Any damage caused to resort property or room items will be chargeable to the guest.

7. Outside visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms after permitted hours.

8. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables; the resort will not be responsible for any loss.

9. Loud music, illegal activities, and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited.

10. Food service and room service are available according to resort timings.

11. Drivers’ accommodation will be provided subject to availability.

12. Due to weather conditions in hilly areas, occasional electricity or network interruptions may occur.

13. Pets are allowed only with prior permission from resort management.

14. Cancellation and refund policies will apply as per booking terms and conditions.

15. Resort management reserves the right to deny admission in case of misconduct or violation of property policies.
