5·Homestay

1. All bookings must be confirmed with valid contact details and advance payment.

2. Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations made before the allowed period may be eligible for refund as per hotel policy.

5. Guests are expected to maintain proper conduct and respect the peaceful environment of the property.

6. Any damage caused to hotel property or room items will be chargeable to the guest.

7. The property is meant for personal stay purposes only unless prior permission is granted by management.

8. Guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID proof during check-in.

9. Loud music, illegal activities, and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited inside the property.

10. Management reserves the right to deny admission in case of misconduct or violation of hotel policies.

11. Personal information shared during booking is handled according to the hotel’s privacy policy.

12. Hotel management reserves the right to update or modify policies without prior notice.
