Valid government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport) is mandatory

Guests without valid ID will not be allowed to check in

👨‍👩‍👧 Guest Policy

Unmarried couples are allowed with valid ID proof

Local ID bookings may be subject to management approval

🚭 Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking is restricted inside rooms; allowed only in designated areas

Alcohol consumption permitted only in allowed areas

🔇 Noise Policy

Loud music and disturbance are strictly prohibited

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

🍽️ Food Policy

Outside food may be restricted

Meals are served as per resort timings (EP / MAP / CP plans as applicable)

🐾 Pets Policy

Pets are generally not allowed (please confirm before booking)

💰 Payment Policy

Advance payment required for booking confirmation

Remaining amount to be paid at check-in

Extra services (heater, bonfire, meals, etc.) are chargeable

❌ Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges applicable as per booking terms

Peak season bookings may be non-refundable

🔥 Safety & Damages

Any damage to resort property will be charged to the guest

Illegal activities strictly prohibited
