Yamunotri Heli Resort – Rules & Regulations

1. Check-in / Check-out

    Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Guest Identification

    All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

3. Booking & Payment Policy

      Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

     Remaining balance must be cleared at the time of check-in.

4. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation charges will apply as per booking terms.

     No refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

5. Meal Policy

    Meals will be served as per the selected plan (EP/CP/MAP/AP). Outside food may be restricted.

6. Helicopter Travel Advisory

    As the resort is located near the Yamunotri Helipad, helicopter schedules are subject to weather conditions. The resort will not be responsible for delays or cancellations.

7. Weather & Natural Conditions

    Being a high-altitude location near Yamunotri, weather conditions can change rapidly. Guests are advised to carry appropriate clothing and follow safety guidelines.

8. Property Care

    Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and take care of resort property. Any damage caused will be chargeable.

9. Noise Policy

    Loud music, parties, or any disturbance to other guests is strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment.

10. Smoking & Alcohol

     Smoking and alcohol consumption are allowed only in designated areas, subject to local regulations.

11. Pet Policy

     Pets are allowed only with prior permission from the management.

The management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
