Chopta Resort, Chopta – Rules & Regulations 

1. Check-in time: 12:00 PM & Check-out time: 10:00 AM

2. Valid government ID proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in

3. Advance booking confirmation is required before arrival

4. Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable

5. Guests are requested to maintain silence and avoid loud music after 10:00 PM

6. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the resort premises

7. Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited

8. Bonfire facility is available at designated areas and subject to weather conditions

9. Any damage to resort property will be charged to the guest

10. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; management will not be liable for any loss

11. Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times

12. Due to remote location, electricity and network may be limited at times

13. Pets are not allowed (unless prior permission is taken)

14. In case of cancellation, refund will be processed as per booking policy
