Flycatcher Jungle Camp, Chopta – Rules & Regulations

1. Check-in time: 12:00 PM & Check-out time: 10:00 AM

2. Valid government ID proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in

3. Advance booking confirmation is required before arrival

4. As the camp is located inside a forest area, guests are requested to strictly follow forest and local authority guidelines

5. Playing loud music or creating disturbance is not allowed to maintain the natural environment

6. Bonfire is allowed only at designated areas and subject to weather/forest permissions

7. Littering is strictly prohibited; please keep the surroundings clean and eco-friendly

8. Smoking inside tents/rooms is strictly prohibited due to fire safety concerns

9. Consumption of alcohol is allowed only in limited and responsible manner (as per local rules)

10. Any damage to tents, cottages, or camp property will be charged accordingly

11. Guests are advised not to wander alone in the forest area at night for safety reasons

12. Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times

13. Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings

14. Electricity and network may be limited due to remote location

15. Pets are not allowed (unless prior permission is taken)

In case of cancellation, refund policy will be applicable as per booking terms
